Susan has been involved in educational leadership, teaching and research activities for over 30 years.  Initially she was educated and worked as a primary school teacher before moving into secondary teaching, management and leadership roles in secondary schools, museum education, university, polytechnic, indigenous wananga and Pasifika organisations, private tertiary education and business contexts. Areas of special research interest to Susan include Higher Education, curriculum design and development, quality teaching and learning,  effective quality assurance systems, practice-based research, experiential education, tertiary staff capacity building, educational leadership and equity in educational provision.
           Susan was a UNESCO Scholarship Recipient in 1978. She has chaired the NZQA Dance Subject Advisory Group, Research and Ethics teams and committees and, in 2003, won a University Faculty Emerging Researcher Award.  She has also held roles as a: Lecturer, Senior Lecturer in a Teachers' College and University, New Zealand University Department Head, University Research Fellow, specialist Degree Programme Advisor/Designer/Developer, NZQA Course Approvals and Accreditations Advisor, National Academic Manager, as well as a variety of leadership positions and editorial roles in professional, research and educational and professional Societies.         
          Over her thirty years in education Susan has lead or contributed to over 32 degree qualification designs or re-development Projects and was appointed as an NZQA degree approval and accreditations panellist/chair in 2010.  Founding House of Montrose Limited in 2006, Susan and is now a ‘hands-on’ Chief Executive Director leading the company’s Board of Directors, ‘House of Montrose Education Consultants’ and the ‘New Zealand Curriculum Design Institute’, a NZQA Registered and Approved Course Owner organisation.

Kishwer has a significant body of successful experience in teaching Business, Marketing, Management, New Zealand Business Law, Business Administration, Employment Skills, Project Management, Business Planning, Literacy and Numeracy and Computing Education fields in private and Polytechnic Higher Education settings in New Zealand.  Her experience also includes the full design and development of an innovative three year level 7 Business Computing qualification.  Kishwer has experience in management and has been a programme leader of level 5 and 6 National Business Diplomas and other business qualifications.  She is well regarded by her peers in the business and education worlds and has frequently been invited to consult on adult education and business related qualifications, and to act as a business subject expert.  All assessment materials Kishwer has produced have been very well reviewed by NZQA and National Moderators in the areas concerned.  Kishwer has an outstanding (100% approved) and extensive body of effective External Pre- and Post-Moderation work as a Consultant.  Her experience also includes developing and supporting other staff teaching on her programmes, innovative qualification design, quality assurance system development, Stakeholder consultation and engagement, implementation of a range of quality assurance systems, coaching and facilitating capacity building of staff workshops.  Research and Ethics Committee work and research team project contributions are also an area of special interest and expertise.  Kishwer is a consultant with a warm and caring personality who has a track record of supporting Clients to reach previously unexpected achievements, especially those supporting international, migrant, refugee and highly challenged students.

Christine is the Founder and Director of Innovation Training Services in Papua New Guinea.
This company works to support competency-based capacity building and institutional
strengthening. Based in Waigani, near Port Moresby City, Christine can assist locals and new
businesses looking to establish businesses and a base in Papua New Guinea. Christine has extensive experience in offering comprehensive and professional service to businesses to
assist them to develop, grow and maximise their potential. Staff training and development is a
core area of service and Christine can cater for most businesses by developing customised
training courses to develop or improve business outcomes.  In recent years Christine has
worked with and for a range of government  departments, churches, major multi-national and
large and small business clients, achieving a 100% project completion ratio. With experience of
a broad range of people and different countries (NZ, Naru, PNG and the UK), Christine has a
special capacity to provide services and supports in diverse cultural settings and deliver

All our consultants have relevant qualifications and years of experience as Coaches, Teachers, Tutoring and Lecturing at all levels and hold at least a Masters Degree and Teaching Diploma plus experience in educational management and/or leadership and business advisory roles, and currently run their own business(es).
