In addition, participants will be introduced to some tools that can be employed to increase the possibility of conducting a productive conversation. They will also be given the opportunity to map a leadership dilemma and practice productive conversation skills. The course will cover the following topics: - the nature of leadership dilemmas- defensive and productive conversations - the triple I approach for being productive - using the ladder of inference to be productive - how to map a dilemma - how to practice productive conversations Go to House of Montrose Education Consultants Short Course page for information about our 2012 Professorial Presentation by Associate Professor Nick Zepke - Massey University... 2.
